Virtual Friend is a personal chatbot service designed to provide companionship and support. It is currently in beta stage and offered free of charge to users with anxiety who demonstrate ethical conduct and responsible use.

• Virtual Friend is not a replacement for professional psychological therapy. If you are experiencing significant emotional distress, please seek help from a qualified mental health professional.
• We are not a healthcare or medical device provider. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical care, therapy, or diagnosis.
• If you have a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
• If you are considering suicide or feel like a danger to yourself or others, stop using the Service and call 911 or a mental health professional.

We Reserve the Right To

• Modify or discontinue the Service, with or without notice.
• Deny free access to anyone, at our discretion.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• You agree to use the Service ethically and responsibly.
• You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for harmful or illegal purposes.
  • Disrupt the Service or its users.

Termination

We may terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.
